Dr. Ayodeji B. Otegbeye is a distinguished physician with over 40 years of experience and board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics and pediatrics critical care medicine. He is the President of Central Florida Pediatric Intensive Care Specialists (CFPICS) and co-founder of NightLite Pediatrics Urgent Care, a network that transformed pediatric emergency care in Florida.
Dr. Otegbeye is passionate about advancing healthcare and has served as the Medical Director of Children’s Medical Services in Central Florida and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He is dedicated to improving care for children with special healthcare needs and has participated in numerous medical missions to underserved communities worldwide.
His expertise, leadership, and commitment to exceptional care have earned him recognition as one of Florida’s top pediatricians.

Gladys holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, both from the University of Central Florida. She has a proven track record of success in organizational leadership, having previously managed HR and operations for a 200+ employee network at NightLite Pediatrics.
